Toasty Zucchini Stacks


Thinly slice a zucchini and roll the slices individually in a blend of shredded parmesan cheese, paprika, salt, pepper, crushed fresh garlic- or garlic powder.


Either Bake:

  • Spray a muffin tray *lightly* with oil.

  • Place zucchini in short stacks of about 5 slices in the muffin tray.

  • Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes then turn up to 450 for 5 minutes.

  • Once your stacks are set up and ready to cook put a pinch of arm on top and add a few dabs to each of your fav Jawn's hot sauce.


Or Airfry:

  • Place stacks of 5 slices on air fryer plate

  • Air fryer 3-5 minutes at 400 degrees. (We like to check anything in the air fryer every few minutes, but you might be more confident then us!)

  • Once your stacks are set up and ready to cook put a pinch of arm on top and add a few dabs to each of your fav Jawn's hot sauce.
