Hash Brown Nests
A spicy take on a golden oldie.
We like these with a generous helping of Lemon Fire all over them. You can even make these and store in the fridge (or freezer) for those lazy Sunday mornings, so that all you have to do is heat them up in the oven or air fryer...

1) Finely chop into slithers (the finer the better) :
2 Idaho potato's
Ham
3 Jalapeno Peppers
2) Blend with:
One egg white
3 tbs flour
Salt and Pepper
Fresh chives
3) Next:
Heat a oil in a pan and put the mixture in individual little flat mounds in the pan, with small shallow holes or dips in the center- like a nest.
Allow to sear until golden before flipping.
Add egg yolks to the center of the hash brown nests.
Cook on low until egg is cooked (or at the consistency you like) and the nest is golden. (NOTE: if you like your egg yolk more easy then hard, you will want to let the nest cook for a minute or two before adding the yolk.)
Pat down with a paper towel to help get rid of excess oil and Sprinkle with fresh green onions, salt and either black pepper or red chili pepper flakes.
Serve hot with your Lemon Fire hot sauce splashed ALLLL over them!
