2 Kinds Of Poppers!

For these poppers you could go *HOT* or mild simply by choosing to stuff Jalapeño's vs baby bell peppers, but there's also 2 fillings to choose from...

For our friends who are still building their tolerance the mild version is very flavorful, just choose baby bell peppers and a cream cheese with bacon bits filling, then douse with Lemon Fire sauce to your liking.

For the HOT version try stuffing Jalapeño's with our favorite invention: Thai chili, beef and Lemon Fire Sauce filling!

STUFFING RECIPE'S....

MILD: Cream cheese and bacon stuffing

  • Cook up some crispy bacon and chop into very small bacon bits

  • Mix the cream cheese with bacon bits.

  • Cut some mini bell peppers length wise in half, wash and de-seed them, then lay them out on a baking sheet.

HOT: Thai chili, beef and Lemon Fire Sauce filling

  • Brown the beef and strain.

  • Put back on the heat and season with a little salt, pepper and garlic powder.

  • Add some finely chopped Thai chili peppers (we recommend wearing gloves for that but, hey- its your call!) cook for 3-5 mins longer.

  • Remove from the heat and mix in a bunch of Lemon Fire sauce!

  • Cut your jalapeño's length wise in half, wash and de-seed them, then lay them out on a baking sheet.

THEN.....

  • Spoon the filling into the peppers.

  • Add parmesan cheese to the top of the beef poppers.

  • Cook at 400 degrees for 20 minutes or until browned.

  • Sprinkle chopped chives and cilantro, and soLemon Fire sauce on the cream cheese poppers while cooling (the cheese will take the heat out of the sauce so don't be afraid!)

  • We like to add more Lemon Fire when the beef poppers are all done.

  • Serve with even more sauce on the side for those who want to swim in the good stuff.
